All orders placed at Khalani Couture are made-to-order and considered final sale. We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the item received is defective.
All Khalani Couture pieces are made to order with care using traditional handwork techniques—kora, dabka, resham, and zardozi embroidery on premium fabrics. Once any customization is added, the order becomes non-refundable. If an exception is granted, a restocking fee will be applied, as customized items are difficult for us to restock. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are created specifically for each client with personalized measurements and design details.
We are committed to delivering quality, and if you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@khalani.co with clear photos.
Returns & Exchanges (If Approved)
In the rare event that a return, exchange, or adjustment is approved, all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes both the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping a replacement or adjusted item back to the client.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders to protect your purchase.
Track your package closely using the tracking information provided. If you believe there is an issue with delivery, contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is immediately sent into production. Each piece is made-to-order, and work begins as soon as the order is confirmed.
Exception: If you contact us before production begins, we may offer a 90% refund (10% processing fee applies to cover materials ordered and administrative costs).
Color & Fit Expectations
Colors: May vary slightly from screens due to display differences and natural fabric dye lot variations. If color is critical, request fabric swatches before ordering.
Fit: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Professional measurement by a tailor is strongly recommended. If the fit issue is due to our construction error, we will remake at no charge or offer a 50% refund. If measurements provided were incorrect, no returns or refunds are available.
International Orders
All policies above apply. You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees in your country. These charges are non-refundable. Customs delays are not our responsibility.
