PROCESSING TIME

All Khalani Couture pieces are made to order. Production timelines vary by item and are listed on each product page. Please review the estimated production time before placing your order.

Once your piece is complete, we will notify you via email and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via:

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • SkyNet

Shipping method is selected based on your location and delivery speed. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping speed

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods and will be automatically applied at checkout if available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times begin once the item ships from our warehouse, not from order placement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all over the world!

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Customs & Duties: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are non-refundable.

Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, which can vary significantly by country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package

Track your package closely to ensure you're available for delivery or can arrange for secure receipt.

DELIVERY

Signature Confirmation: Available at checkout for high-value orders (strongly recommended for bridal wear and orders over $500)

Delivery Address: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missed Delivery: If you miss a delivery attempt, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to arrange redelivery or pickup.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Before Delivery Confirmation: If tracking shows your package is lost in transit before delivery, contact us at info@khalani.co immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

After Delivery Confirmation: Once tracking shows delivered to your address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. This is why we strongly recommend signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos immediately before opening. Report damage to info@khalani.co within 48 hours with photos of both packaging and item.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
  • Restocking fee (20%)

ADDRESS CHANGES

Before Shipping: Contact info@khalani.co immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We will update it if your order has not yet shipped.

After Shipping: Once your order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request address changes or hold for pickup.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for high-value items)
  • APO/FPO addresses at this time

If you have special shipping requirements, contact us before placing your order.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush production and shipping may be available for an additional fee depending on current workload and timeline requirements.

Contact us before ordering at info@khalani.co to inquire about rush options. Rush requests cannot be accommodated for all items or during peak wedding season.

Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins on an expedited timeline.

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple items with different production timelines, we may ship items separately as they are completed, or hold all items to ship together.

  • Research your country's import restrictions before ordering
  • Be aware of customs duties and fees in your country
  • Provide accurate contact information for customs clearance
  • Monitor tracking closely during customs processing
